BRICK SESSIONS

Our brick sessions, introduced in 2019, have enjoyed solid turnouts and really happy athletes. No swimming required (yet), but be prepared to start with your feet in the water. 

Members and non-members are welcome. Bring your wetsuit, bike, helmet, sunglasses and runners. We will time you coming out of the water (we wet your feet hahaha), transitioning to your bike, then a 9 km ride followed by a 2 km easy run (distances are approximate and may change with location). Good practice, with socializing after at a local eatery.

POOL SESSIONS

For 7:30 – 8:30 Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre. Freestyle-focused swim fit. There are no fees to participate in swim fit. Simply pay your entry into the pool and join us. Everyone is welcome!

RUNNING SESSIONS 

The Valley is fortunate to have an amazing choice of times, groups and interests in running. There are a number of people that organize different runs each week. For more information on running in the valley, please feel free to reach out to:
