In 2017 we intend to develop programs, which will include an emphasis on recreational and social events as well as local coaching for our members.

Indoor Spin

The CVTri Club is proud to offer members a great indoor spin classes in the fall and winter months.  Indoor training is designed to help you work on power, strength and cadence.  We will work on climbing skills, time trialing, and aerobic power and includes several short run intervals off the bike. This will help to make you a stronger rider for the next race season. For this training you will need to sign up for the Spin sessions through our website, spin bike are supplied by the centre and bring your running shoes for the run off the bike.  A heart rate monitor and cadence meter would also be an asset.

Coached indoor sessions:
Training will be offered Sunday mornings after the swim session get in two workouts first thing and be done before coached to build endurance and speed, plus it’s FUN.
CLUB SPIN IS OPEN FOR EVERYONE!! yep, friends and family can join us on our Sunday spins so spread the word!
Sign up for the full session and get the benefits of consistent training, drop-ins are also offer for members and non-members so bring a friend they may become your next Tri buddy!
